Where do Elite Homes advertise?

The internet is the first port of call for today's busy buyer. We advertise on Rightmove, Prime Location, Find a Property and Zoopla and we have the highest quality photographs, floorplans and sales brochures to ensure our potential buyers are suitably impressed by your home. If required we can also advertise in newspapers and magazines.

What if my house has been advertised for a long time and hasn't sold?

There are five main factors contributing to the sale of any property. Namely the price, presentation, promotion, efforts of your estate agents and finally the marketplace. If you haven't sold after a period of time then some or all of these factors need to be addressed. We would be delighted to arrange a valuation to offer you our services.

How much is Stamp Duty?

Stamp Duty has changed a few times over recent years due to different political parties strategies. At the moment up to £125,000 it is not payable. From £125,001 - £250,000 it is 1%, £250,001 to £500,000 it is 3%. From £500,001 - £1,000,000 it is 4% and most recently from £1,000,000 it is 5%. The most recent change is the new Mansion Tax which applies to properties valued over £2mill at 7% stamp duty costs. Can you advertise my property for rent and for sale at the same time?

Absolutely, and this is an option many vendors choose to take at the moment as it opens up options to move out of their current accommodation faster. The house which is let can also remain for sale throughout the tenancy so you can remain satisfied that all options are covered at all times and we would not miss out on any good buyers.
